Registry Rules

Operational Protocol v2.6 | Ashanti Region

01. Phase 01 Engagement (Deposit)

Initiating a Registry entry requires a 60% non-refundable deposit. This secures the raw materials and architectural labor required for your specific unit. Once Phase 01 is logged, the engineering process begins immediately.

02. The Measurement Protocol

Every Founder is responsible for providing accurate dimensions via the KJH WhatsApp Registry. KJH Holdings is not liable for structural mismatches resulting from incorrect data submission. Precision is the Founder’s duty.

03. Engineering Timeline

Standard production for Architectural Suits is 14 business days. Signature Series drops may vary based on complexity. Founders will receive a “Unit Ready” notification upon completion.

04. Phase 02 Finalization (Balance)

The remaining 40% balance must be cleared before the unit leaves the Outpost. Units not cleared within 30 days of completion are subject to “Registry Forfeiture,” where the unit may be re-allocated to the next Founder in queue.

05. Logistics & Dispatch

All units are dispatched from the Kumasi Outpost. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Following 2026 Ghana fiscal standards, no E-Levy is charged on digital settlements for these units.

“By entering the Registry, you are not just buying a product; you are commissioning an architectural asset.” — KJH Holdings Executive Directive.
