At Kofi Juma Holdings, we treat your personal data with the same structural integrity we apply to our garments. This policy outlines how we collect, engineer, and protect your information.
1. Data Collection: The Registry
To fulfill your order and ensure a precision fit, we collect the following:
- Identity Data: Name, email address, and contact number.
- Technical Measurements: Shoulder width, chest, waist, and height (provided for bespoke tailoring).
- Logistics Data: Physical delivery address within Ghana or international shipping destinations.
- Transaction Data: We do not store credit card numbers. All payments are processed through secured encrypted gateways (Paystack/Flutterwave).
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly for the “Founder’s Journey”:
- Bespoke Construction: To adjust our architectural patterns to your specific measurements.
- Communication: To provide updates on the 14-day tailoring timeline.
- Security: To verify the authenticity of high-value transactions.
3. Data Retention & The Ledger
We maintain your “Fit Profile” in our internal ledger to make future orders seamless. You may request the deletion of your measurement data at any time by contacting the KJH Registry.
4. Security Architecture
We employ industry-standard SSL encryption on the ShopWay platform to protect your data during transit. Access to your measurements is restricted to the KJH lead tailor and the administrative registry.
5. Third-Party Integration
We only share necessary data with:
- Logistics Partners: (e.g., DHL or local couriers) for physical delivery.
- Payment Processors: To authorize your transaction. We never sell or trade your data to third-party marketing firms.
