KJH Registry • Effective March 2026

01. The Founder Registry

Access to the Kofi Juma Holdings (KJH) digital outpost is reserved for individuals who provide accurate data. By acquiring a unit from the Signature Series, you are enrolled into the Origin 001 Ledger. You are responsible for the security of your Founder Login credentials.

02. Bespoke Construction

All “Signature Mandem” garments are engineered to anatomical specifications. The customer is responsible for providing precision measurements. Once recorded, units enter a 14-day Technical Construction phase in our Kumasi workshop.

03. No-Return Policy

Due to the specialized nature of KJH tailoring, all bespoke items are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable once the construction phase has commenced. Hardware units (accessories) may be exchanged within 7 days if the original seal is unbroken.

04. Intellectual Property

The KJ Mark and all architectural motifs are the exclusive property of Kofi Juma Holdings. Unauthorized reproduction of KJH designs will be subject to legal action under Ghanaian and International Intellectual Property Law.

05. Logistics & Dispatch

KJH ensures secure transit from our Kumasi outpost. Risk of loss passes to the Founder upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for regional logistics disruptions outside of our direct control.
